Dear Valued Customers,

There has been news of scammers posing as police,  bank officers and pretended to be from banks or authorities such as court, Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) & The Association of Banks in Malaysia (ABM), purportedly calling to:

  • Request customer’s personal information
  • Request customer’s online banking information (i.e. username, password, TAC etc.)
  • Request customer to settle impending fines to be paid to a personal account Request customer to settle court order
  • Check customer’s details about a loan/financing
  • Request a fee for loan/financing application to be paid to a personal account

We would like to remind you that our bank officers or any authorities will NEVER ask you your username and password, or ask you to transfer payment to a personal account, nor use their personal email address to correspond with you. If you received such calls, please HANG UP IMMEDIATELY and call us at 03-5516 9988 to report the incident.

Please be vigilant against scammers and do not reveal your personal and banking account details.

DON'T TRUST PHONE CALLS!

NEVER respond to any PHONE CALLS claiming to be from the police, Bank Negara Malaysia or any other authorities which require you to perform banking transactions or to reveal your bank account details.
