How to View eStatement

To begin, you need to sign up for our online banking, allianceonline. Not a user yet? Register here now! It's free.

If you are already an existing user of allianceonline, just follow these simple steps:
  1. Login to allianceonline
  2. Select e-statement
  3. Select desired account, then to select Statement Period by “Month/Year”
  4. Click the “Download” button

FAQs about e-statements

It is an electronic form of your monthly hardcopy statement prepared in a PDF document.
e-statement is available for customers with the following statement(s):
  1. Consolidated Statement
  2. Current Account Statement/Current Account-i Statement
  3. Foreign Currency Current Account Statement
  4. Credit Card Statement
Yes, up to the past 12 months' statement will be made available to you with the option to download for your reference.
As long as you do not share your username and password with anyone, it will be safe. Only you will have access to your e-statement(s).
You will need a computer or any reliable device with internet access that enables you to login to allianceonline and Adobe® Acrobat® Reader 7.0 or higher or any similar document reader.
No, there are no charges for the e-statement service.
By subscribing to e-statements, you have chosen to receive your statement(s) electronically. Hence, no hardcopy statement(s) will be sent to you.
Once the enrolment is completed, you will be able to view your next statement when it is made available on allianceonline.
Yes, you can do so. Follow these simple steps:

Call our Contact Centre at 03-5516 9988; OR
Visit our nearest branch to complete the Service Request Form (SRF), as we would need to verify your signature to confirm the request.
A notification will be sent to you via SMS once your Credit Card e-statement is made available via allianceonline.
