  1. Step 1: Ensure your mobile phone is with you with good internet connection.
  2. Step 2: Have your original identification card (MyKad) at hand. MyKad version issued after January 2012 and with dual-image feature is required.
  3. Step 3: Sign on a blank white paper and place it beside your MyKad. Take a picture of it as per the example below:

  5. Step 4: Download Alliance Bank BizSmart® by scanning the QR code below to complete the identity verification by scanning the MyKad and taking a selfie.
