  1. Payment must be made with an Alliance Bank Credit Card only.
  2. The use of the Alliance Bank Card is subject to the terms and conditions governing the Alliance Bank Credit Card.
  3. The offer only applies to Malaysian residents.
  4. The offer applies to new customers of Danai Medi-Wellness.
  5. The offer applies to married couples/spouses only, aged between 35 – 65 years old. Attending with friends, cousins, colleagues, or non-related personnel is not applicable.
  6. Married couples/spouses must be present together on the same day for the health screening test. Attending alone or on separate days will not be allowed.
  7. The offer is valid for one (1) time purchase, per principal credit card. There is no limitation to purchasing the RM1,100 health screening package.
  8. A minimum stay of 120 mins or 2 hours is required to complete all tests for 2 persons. Test results will be provided within the timeframe.
  9. The complimentary Danai Signature Massage Therapy for 2 person only applies upon completing the health screening test.
  10. Unless otherwise stated, the offer cannot be exchanged for cash and is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or vouchers unless otherwise stated.
