Jalan Sultan Ismail Branch

Please be informed that our Jalan Sultan Ismail Branch (“JSI Branch”) will be relocating to Star Boulevard KLCC, Unit SR3-G, Ground Floor, Wisma Star, No. 1, Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, 50450 Kuala Lumpur (“New Location”). Our last day of operations at the current location is Friday, 21 February 2020. We will commence operations at Star Boulevard KLCC on Monday, 24 February 2020.

Our Branch at Jalan Sultan Ismail will remain fully operational during the relocation process for ease of service. Your banking accounts and facilities (including your account numbers) with the Bank will remain unchanged.

Safe Deposit Box (SDB) Facility

Our SDB at the current location will also be relocated to either Star Boulevard KLCC or Capital Square Branch. Please refer to the SDB relocation letters that were mailed to you via both registered mail and original mail for full details. The SDB facility will be available for use at the abovementioned two (2) locations on 24 February 2020 (Monday).

In the event you wish to retrieve the contents of your SDB at JSI Branch, please do so latest by 21 February 2020 (Friday). We wish to advise that the Bank will not accept any responsibility and will not be held liable for any loss of, or damages sustained in any manner, to the contents in your SDB during the relocation.
