Waiver criteria: Minimum 10 successful e-payments monthly, or maintain RM50,000 (for SME) and RM30,000 (for sole proprietor) average monthly current account balance or overdraft utilisation.

If the current month waiver criteria are not met, the Bank will charge the BizSmart® monthly subscription fee and transaction fee for the current month in the following month.

Transaction fee waiver includes single and multiple Interbank GIRO, DuitNow Transfer, JomPAY, Bill Payment, Payroll Payment, Statutory Payment and Transfer to Alliance Bank account (e.g. Loan Repayments, Credit Card Payments). RENTAS, Foreign Telegraphic Transfer and receivable solutions are subject to standard fees and charges.

Alliance BizSmart® Online Banking service* is available 24 hours daily, 7 days a week inclusive of Public Holidays. *Only for Pay-to-Others in Alliance Bank Malaysia, DuitNow Transfer, Bill and Card Payments, FPX B2B, Pay-to-Other Bank Accounts (IBG only), Loan/Financing Payments and Account Inquiry (check balance and download statement). Availability of other services remains unchanged from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00p.m.

To access your online business banking account via BizSmart®, you may use internet-capable devices (PC, laptop and smartphone) with compatible internet browsers such as Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Click here to log on to Alliance BizSmart®.

Yes, you can link multiple businesses and accounts under the same BizSmart® user ID.

Transaction limits are dependent on Malaysia’s established payment system.

For example, RENTAS has a minimum transaction limit of RM10,000 with no maximum limit set, whereas GIRO has no minimum limit and has a maximum limit of RM1,000,000 per transaction. DuitNow Transfer on the other hand, has no minimum limit and has a maximum limit of RM10,000,000 per transaction.

For Alliance BizSmart®, you can self-manage the authorised signatories via the Corporate Back Office (CBO) function provided in Alliance BizSmart®. Alternatively, you may add/remove authorised signatories upon request to the Bank by submitting Service Request Form (SRF).

Customers can use the Corporate Back Office (CBO) function in Alliance BizSmart® to self-manage and customise the number of users, the access level and transaction approval limit.
