Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad and its subsidiaries (“Alliance Bank”) are pleased to announce that starting July 2025, your e-Invoices can be accessed via the following channels:
- Alliance Online Mobile (AOM)
- Alliance Online Personal (AOP)
- Alliance BizSmart®
Alternatively, you may request a copy of your e-Invoice by visiting any Alliance Bank branch or contacting our Customer Contact Centre.
e-Invoices will only be issued once all mandatory information required for e-Invoice generation has been accurately provided to the Bank.
