Access to e-Invoices via AOM, AOP, or Alliance BizSmart® Starting July 2025

Dear Valued Customer,

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad and its subsidiaries (“Alliance Bank”) are pleased to announce that starting July 2025, your e-Invoices can be accessed via the following channels:

  • Alliance Online Mobile (AOM)
  • Alliance Online Personal (AOP)
  • Alliance BizSmart®
Alternatively, you may request a copy of your e-Invoice by visiting any Alliance Bank branch or contacting our Customer Contact Centre.

Important: e-Invoices will only be issued once all mandatory information required for e-Invoice generation has been accurately provided to the Bank.
