Following the announcement by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (“LHDN”) in October 2023 regarding the implementation of e-Invoicing in phases starting 1 August 2024, Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad and its subsidiaries (“Alliance Bank”) are fully committed to complying with all e-Invoicing requirements and guidelines issued by the LHDN.
To ensure smooth implementation of e-Invoice from 1 July 2025, we seek your kind cooperation to update your following mandatory information with us for the purpose of e-Invoicing, as outlined in Appendix 1 of the e-Invoice Guideline (version 3.2) issued by LHDN:
By you voluntarily providing us with the above mandatory information/personal details required by LHDN, we shall deem that you hereby irrevocably agree and consent for Alliance Bank to issue e-Invoices for any applicable transactions for all your present and future account(s) and facilities with Alliance Bank. To update your information, please log into your mobile app or portal to perform a self-service update. Should you require additional information, please visit any of our branches or contact us at Consumer Banking (03-5516 9988) or Business Banking (1-300-80-3388).
It is crucial for us to collect these details to ensure compliance with the e-Invoicing requirements and to facilitate the future issuance of validated individual e-Invoice (with QR Code), once e-Invoicing is fully operational by 1 July 2025.
Please be informed that you will not receive e-Invoices from us until we receive your latest mandatory information. Following your submission of all mandatory information, e-Invoices will be made available to you in the subsequent statement cycle. We wish to impress upon you that without the submission of the aforesaid latest mandatory information, Alliance Bank will not be able to issue a validated e-Invoice to you.
