Payments authorisation to Own/Favourite Accounts via allianceonline mobile app and 1-Hour Cooling-Off for Increase Transaction Limit

Dear Valued Customers,

We will be introducing the following enhanced security features on allianceonline effective from 27 June 2024 as part of our continued efforts to provide a more secure online experience:

1. Payments & Transfers
   All payments and transfers, including credit card and loan/financing payments/transfers to your own or favourite accounts, must be authorised via the allianceonline mobile app using Mobile Secure Approval (MSA).
2. Transaction Limit
   There will be a 1-hour cooling-off period when you increase your transaction limit. During the cooling-off period, you may still transact within the existing limit. Any reduction in the limit is effective immediately.
