We would like to inform you that we will be relocating our Holiday Plaza Branch (“HP Branch”) to Austin Heights, Ground & 1st Floor, No. 1, Jalan Austin 8/3, Taman Mount Austin, 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor (“New Location”). Our last day of operations at the current location is Friday, 14 January 2022. and we look forward to welcoming you at our New Location commencing Monday, 17 January 2022.

Our branch at Holiday Plaza will remain fully operational during the relocation process for ease of service. Your banking accounts and facilities (including your account numbers) with the Bank will remain unchanged.

Safe Deposit Box (SDB) Facility

Our SDB at the current location will also be relocated to Austin Heights Branch. Please refer to the SDB relocation letters that were mailed to you via both registered mail and ordinary mail for full details. The SDB facility will be available for use at Austin Heights Branch on Monday, 17 January 2022.

We wish to advise that the Bank does not accept any responsibility and will not be held liable for any loss of, or damages sustained in any manner, to the contents in your SDB during the relocation exercise. Therefore, you are advised to retrieve any delicate or valuable content in your SDB latest by Monday, 10 January 2022. You may restore back the content into your SDB at Austin Height branch starting from Monday, 17 January 2022.
