Bank provides repayment relief of up to six months and fee waivers to flood-affected customers.
Kuala Lumpur, 22 March 2022 - Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad (“Alliance Bank” or the “Bank”) has launched a Flood Relief Assistance programme to help ease some of the financial burdens faced by customers impacted by the recent floods in several states.
Alliance Bank’s Flood Relief Assistance programme provides loan moratorium of up to six months and repayment modifications on loan and financing products to individual and business customers affected by the floods. The Bank will also waive finance and late charges as well as fee charges for selected services such as replacement of debit, credit and ATM cards.
